I am interested in individual differences in language acquisition. I am particularly interested in exploring mechanisms that contribute to language learning difficulties in children with Specific Language Impairment. My current work is with Dorothy Bishop to train children to interpret constructions where word order determines meaning, with the goal of identifying factors that limit or facilitate fluent comprehension.
