I completed my BSc in Psychology at the University of Surrey in 2011. During the placement year of my degree I worked in the Bristol Cognitive Development Centre at the University of Bristol as a Research Assistant. I then worked as the Lab Co-ordinator for the summer before returning to finish my degree at Surrey.

Since my arrival at the University of Oxford in October 2011, I have worked as a Research Assistant on various projects in the OSCCI lab. I worked on a language training study with children, and helped complete data collection for a project using transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) with adults. I am currently investigating the language, reading and communication skills of children with sex chromosome trisomies and children who are twins. In June 2013 I will be presenting a poster at the Child Language Seminar on motor deficits in language impairment and dyslexia, based on data from the Twins Early Development Study
